For first time clients, the total time in and out of our shop is usually around 15 min. We will have you fill out our client questionnaire, take your blood pressure, designate a dressing room to you and then start your session. Actual session time is 2-3 minutes depending on personal preference.

Women can go naked however most choose to wear a bikini or their underwear. We ask that you remove all jewelry below the neck. If you have a piercing, we can cover it with a band-aid. If you are wearing a bra, please make sure that the under-wire is not exposed or touching your skin.

Men usually wear boxers or boxer briefs. Board shorts or trunks can also be worn but the more skin exposed the more effective your session will be. Please make sure that there is no plastic or metal on your garments touching your skin.

We will provide a dressing room, robe, socks if you need them, gloves and boots.

It is a difficult sensation to describe. You will understand when you try it. The sessions are completely dry so the cold is very tolerable. Some clients describe a "tingly" effect. You will notice a boost in energy, relief of aches and pains, tighter skin among many other effects. Your body will release endorphins after your session which will brighten your mood. These benefits can last for days.

It is up to personal preference. Everyone experiences the results and duration differently. Some choose to come everyday, others once or a few times a week. We offer package deals which give a significant break on the price.

We have yet to encounter anyone who felt claustrophobic in our cabin. We believe the reason is your head and shoulders are above the top rim of the cabin giving our clients a feeling of being out in the open.

Pregnant women and people with hypertension (Blood pressure above 160/100) should avoid cryotherapy. More specifically, anyone who has suffered from a recent heart attack, venous thrombosis, a recent head trauma, fevers, severe anemia, cold allergy or bleeding disorders should not use cryotherapy sessions. Anyone with an open wound can use cryotherapy as long as the wound is covered by a dry bandage.

Cryotherapy is very safe and poses minimal risk. Fluctuations in blood pressure can occur during the session but will go back to normal once the session is complete. Some people have an allergy to cold but it is very rare. Skin burns/redness can also happen but only if someone is exposed to low temperatures for longer than recommended. As previously mentioned, no session will exceed 3 min.

We have designated parking spots in front of our building indicated by our reserved signs on the curb. If you are a first time customer, please be sure to get a parking pass from us upon your arrival. Parking is 100% free!

It is completely up to you and your preference. Many of our clients choose to come before their work out and others choose to come after. We also have some clients come before and after their workouts on the same day. Unlike an ice bath, cryotherapy does not tighten your muscles, it actually makes them warmer and looser.
